Accepted payment methods

Prepayment by bank transfer

This is the normal bank transfer, which you have to make yourself after order confirmation. Depending on the bank, it takes about 1 to 2 business days until we receive the money and the payment can be booked. We ship orders only after receipt of payment. Credits and refunds will be booked to your bank account. A payout to an account other than the one used for payment is not possible.

PayPal

Classic PayPal payment

To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. Your PayPal account will usually be debited immediately. Credits and refunds will be posted to your PayPal account. A payout to other than the account used for payment is not possible.

There are no additional fees for you for all PayPal payments.

Direct debit

In the order process you will be redirected to PayPal, here you enter your bank details for direct debit.

Credit card

Convenient payment with your credit card. In the order process you will be redirected to PayPal and enter your credit card information and authenticate yourself via 3-D Secure. The credit card must be activated for this procedure by your provider. The use of this procedure is not optional and since 2019 mandatory for credit card payments in online commerce. However, not every credit card is automatically activated for this security procedure. Contact your credit card provider in this regard if you cannot use your credit card in the ordering process.

Your credit card account will be charged at the end of the order process. We do not charge any additional costs. The conditions agreed with your credit card provider apply. Credits and refunds will be posted to your credit card account. A payout to other than the account used for payment is not possible
